It is a known fact that any successful fitness program must always be balanced with healthy eating habits.

Our Weight loss is based on losing 2-3 lbs per week in a comfortable, convenient and non-intimidating environment. Weight loss is achieved by one-on-one weight loss counseling 2-3 times per week which includes weekly weigh-ins and required weight loss products.
Our goal is to educate, motivate and achieve weight loss results for our members.
